Experience
Tutored a little girl with dyslexia English and Elementary Math, Scored a 33 on the ACT, Scored a 4 on the AP English III Exam and the AP English IV Exam I want to be a tutor to help children reach their full potential. I understand that all children have difficulties in certain subjects but I am a firm believer that with help, guidance and perseverance, any child has the ability to go above and beyond their goals. I am 19 years old and currently attend Austin Community College as an English major. English, Writing, and Reading are my forte and in the past I have used games and unique and fun exercises to help children with their vocabulary and grammar rules! Throughout my high school and college career, I have gained 7 years of experience in speaking and writing in Spanish and am also fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Gujurati.

Hobbies
Aside from school, I volunteer with the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Austin and absolutely love meeting and spending time with all the wonderful children I meet through the program. My other hobbies also include spending hours at Barnes & Nobles reading a good book and spending time with my nieces and nephews!
