Having had absolutely no background in math of any kind since high school, I freaked out about having to take calculus as a undergrad. In just a few short sessions with Joe, I ALREADY felt more relaxed and confident about the things I would be expected to know. Not only have I gained some experience with calc, but I’ve also gained a wealth of confidence in my academics. Thanks so much!
Joe has been so helpful to me!! He has helped me in Calculus, and my understanding is so much more solid after only seeing him twice. Math is overwhelming for me and he broke down problems and explained why we do everything so that I completely understood each aspect of the problems before moving on. He didn’t make me feel dumb when I didn’t understand and we approached problems in different ways if I didn’t get it. He stressed the importance in having a strong foundation and building up from there. He is super flexible and accommodating with his students. Aside from being a great tutor, he is also a really nice guy. I am so appreciative of his help!!
Joe is the BEST! He is really helpful and patient with my questions. I'm not a math person but I feel like I understand it better thanks to him! He really cared whether I learned the material!
