Experience
Teaching Assistant for 3 semesters for the Center for Asian American Studies. TA'd for both English (writing) and History courses. My primary responsibilities were to help students brainstorm ideas, correct grammar and sentence structure, as well as grading. Currently in graduate school for social work. Focus is on human behavior, grief and loss and other psychological issues. I've interned for Communities in Schools where I was responsible for a caseload of 20 students and saw them individually as well as in groups. Extensive experience in writing, creating and conducting research. I did my undergraduate thesis on the formation of cultural identities among Chinese, South Asian and Vietnamese students.

Hobbies
I intern and volunteer throughout Austin: Walnut Creek Bilingual Program, Communities in School, etc. I like to run around Town Lake, play tennis, watch sports and cartoons on TV. I'm a very laid back guy and prefer to use positive reinforcement with children and students.
