Experience
I have seven years experience tutoring elementary to university students in Osaka, Japan as well as Vancouver, BC. I have worked with students from a variety of cultures and backgrounds, and have years of experience creating original and fun lesson plans tailored to each individual's needs. I've also worked with students with special needs (autistic and ESL students). Throughout my years of tutoring I've thrived on watching students succeed and develop an interest in their studies and school work. I have tutored in a variety of subjects, including ESL/English (writing, reading, fluency), Math, Science, and Psychology. I have first hand experience with the International Baccalaureate program and received a SAT score of 1380. I graduated with a degree in Psychology, taking Psychology courses with a focus in Gender, Social, and Infant/Adolescent Psychology.
