I have a Phd from University of Wisconsin madison, with the major in Electrical Engineering and minor in Operations Research. I got a 3.9 GPA during my Phd. Because of my enriched background I am very proficient in Statistics and Maths.
Experience
I have a PhD. in Electrical Engineering, I tutor statistics, microeconomics and econometric to college students from UT Austin. In particular, I have been tutoring Eco 329 ECONOMIC STATISTICS and SDS 321 Introduction to Probability and Statistics. I have been teaching the concepts on how to do null hypothesis given type 1 error, finding the power of test, finding the type 2 error, comparing population means and proportions. how to find Cumulative distribution function from Probability distribution function and dealing with discrete and continuous random variables. I am very patient with the students and teach then concepts by making them solve as many problems as they can.
