University of California-Los Angeles - Current Undergrad, Political Science and Government

I have an extensive academic and professional background that has provided me with the skill set needed to be a great tutor. I was a peer learning facilitator, where I developed customized strategies that helped student-athletes reach their best performance. These strategies include time-management methods and organization and study skills. I took feedback, worked with my peers, and ensured that my clients were happy with my work. In addition to this, I have been a research assistant in the biomedical and social sciences. I developed many skills through this experience that transfer to academics. I hope to share my knowledge with others. Right now, I am a law student. I have my degree in science, but I minored in Chinese. I am on the NCAA D1 rowing team. In my spare time, I enjoy lifting weights, reading, and baking. I am looking forward to meeting new people and helping them reach their academic goals.
