Experience
In high school, I was in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, where I met once a week with my "little". Through this program I gained extensive experience in elementary school workloads and expectations. Additionally, throughout high school I tutored at a local elementary school, helping students with their homework assignments. My college experience and degree gave me a strong Liberal Arts background, which I can apply to tutoring in writing, reading, history, geography, and social sciences at any academic/schooling level. My interest in tutoring stems from my love of people. Whether it's meeting people, speaking with them, or reviewing European history for an upcoming AP test, it's enjoyable for me. Also, few things beat that feeling of knowing you've helped someone realize their own academic and personal potential.
