I'm Abi, currently a 3.96 civil engineering senior at UT and have tutored math and physics at Austin Community College. This semester I'm attempting research and several large projects but am still available on campus for calculus 1 & 2, statics, statistics, first semester physics, civil engineering materials, Structures**, and select engineering courses. **(Statics Review, Moment Area, Zero Force Members, Shear and Moment Diagrams, Virtual Work)
Experience
I am an engineering student who loves helping other students "get it" I have over 4 semesters worth of experience tutoring high-school and college students. Engineering major = lots of math, and I know a few cool tricks for physics problems too! To better assist students looking for help in physics, calculus, elementary statics, mechanics of materials etc... I will ask which topics you are covering to make sure I am prepared. I've noticed for some reason I'm showing up under the search for Diff EQ tutors. I can demonstrate very basic techniques, but outside of that I would need too much review to do you justice as a tutor because of that I don't tutor Diff EQ. Additionally my hours are a little funny this semester, my definition of morning begins at 8:30, and ends at 10 Monday and Friday, 11 Tuesday and Thursday, and is a little more flexible on Wednesday.
