Experience
I am passionate about teaching biblical languages to any and all motivated students of any age. I have five years of experience teaching biblical Greek and Hebrew at the undergraduate and graduate levels and have taught a variety of courses in the biblical languages, including Septuagint, Patristic Greek, Pauline texts, Hebrew narrative and poetry, and the Dead Sea Scrolls. My research focuses on the “Parting of the Ways” between Judaism and Christianity, and expressions of “monotheism” in the various cultural and philosophic encounters of the Graeco-Roman era. My published contributions appear in internationally-respected venues, including the Harvard Theological Review and Studia Patristica, and I serve as a Steering Committee member of the Early Jewish Christian Relations Unit of the Society of Biblical Literature.
