Experience
GRE scores (last taken July 2011): Verbal: 800 Math: 800 LSAT score (last taken October 2010): 170 I am an experienced tutor, working primarily with high school through adult students. My subjects include writing, Algebra I and II, Geometry, Precalculus, GRE and LSAT preparation, symbolic logic and college-level computer science. For math students, I work to engender a real understanding of the underlying concepts, rather than just memorization. Under test pressure you may forget what you memorize, but you won't forget what you understand. I love one-on-one teaching; there's a special magic in seeing a student "get" an idea they've been having trouble with.
