Experience

One of my strengths is my ability to help students prepare for AP exams. During my high school career, I took almost all the AP tests and earned 90 credit hours that could be applied to my undergraduate degree. Some of the many AP subject tests I can help students prepare for include AP Spanish Language, AP Spanish Literature, AP United States History, AP US Government and Politics, and AP World History. I also can help others successfully navigate the LSAT, since I've recently taken that exam and was accepted to Law School at the University of Texas.I have five years of tutoring middle and high school students in sciences and math. The math disciplines I've tutored include algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and pre-calculus. I really enjoy learning new languages, but my favorite foreign language to tutor is Spanish. I also have taught ESL classes as well worked with adults to help them obtain their GED.In order to make tutoring sessions fun and memorable, I find it necessary to engage the student. We must work together to help the student achieve their academic goals and feel successful.I also enjoy cooking as a hobby and crocheting.
