Prior to my move to Texas, I attended the University of North Carolina, where I focused on Biology. At the University of Texas at Austin, I am planning to work toward a Bachelor of Science in Radio/Television/Film. During school, I often worked as a peer tutor for my classmates in a variety of subjects, notably in Biology. Additionally, I worked as a karate tutor for a wide range of ages at Apex Martial Arts, which was requested by the owner. I love writing and reading, and I believe this shows in the subject matter I tutor. I am available to assist students with Reading, Writing, Essay Editing, Grammar and Mechanics, Elementary and Middle School Mathematics, and of course Biology. I am also able to help students as they work toward taking standardized tests such as the SAT and PSAT (including Verbal, Writing, and Critical Reading). Additionally, I am happy to advise students who are in AP English and Biology courses.I credit education as being a vital part of my personal growth, and I believe that it is a critical aspect of success in our world. I have found that reading is the easiest and most pleasant to learn a topic, whether the subject matter is analytical or creative. In my personal life, I enjoy karate, singing, video games, fashion design, reading, and writing.
