Experience

I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, where I received a bachelor's degree in physics and a minor in math. Since then, I've been working in a physics lab where I model and simulate various materials that are going to be used in solar energy. During this time, I've also been working as a tutor and have helped a number of eager students improve their understanding of physics and mathematics. My experiences as a tutor have helped me develop a passion for education, both inside and outside of the classroom. I am a firm believer that students should ask questions, take risks, and try to come up with their own creative solutions to various problems. As the teacher, it's my job to guide them along the way so that they don't stray too far from the correct path. I am also a big believer in using hands-on learning experiences rather than traditional classroom learning, where students are expected to sit and listen to lectures. For this reason, I make my lessons fun and interactive by including a lot of activities and exercises that test one's practical knowledge. Along with physics, I also enjoy wrestling, running, and outdoor activities.
