Experience
I am an accomplished teacher and tutor with experience teaching in a variety of settings. I am as at home in a classroom setting teaching foreign students as I am tutoring a few students or one on one. Based my strong liberal studies background, I bring the benefit of a vast amount of academic experience and well-rounded knowledge to my students. I am fluent in English, Greek, and Latin, and read I in an additional four languages. Reading and languages are my strongest disciplines, but I am also adept at teaching mathematics and science. Presently, I'm pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Texas with focus on classics, archaeology, and foreign languages. I've journeyed extensively throughout Europe, working as an archaeologist as well as delving into the culture, history, and creative expression of the continent to satisfy my innate curiosity. As a result of once pursuing a career as a chemist, I have also worked on several National Science Foundation Grant projects. My personal passion is the acquisition and imparting of knowledge. I'm a dynamic teacher who treats each student as an individual and tries to find just the right approach to offer each the greatest learning experience.
