I'm currently working on my PhD in Aerospace Engineering at UT, where my research is focused on improving Human-Robot Interaction. I'm working on algorithms that will allow a robot to safely navigate through a crowded room with many humans in it. This involves a lot of proof writing and topics from theoretical computer science. I also did my undergrad at UT in Aerospace Engineering. For my Honors Thesis, I developed a driver recognition algorithm that can identify drivers based on their driving habits.
Experience
I have served as a tutor for Engineering Computation (MATLAB and C++) in the Aerospace Engineering department at UT, taught a Differential Equations GE course and a TA for an undergraduate Controls course. I have also been a Research Assistant at UT and will be publishing a Conference Paper on my work in September and follow-on Journal Paper in December. In high school, I received 5s in AP Calculus AB and BC, Physics B and C (Mech. and EM), Biology, Chemistry, English Language, and Computer Science.
