Experience
219 PSAT (Commended National Merit Scholar) 2250 Combined SAT including 800 Math section 4.12 weighted high school GPA 3.52 college GPA AP Scholar With Distinction (AP score of 5 on Human Geography, World History, English Language and Composition and Environmental Science; and AP score of 4 on US History, Statistics and English Literature and Composition) National Honor Society Debate and Academic team for all 4 years of high school To me, tutoring is more rewarding than any other job I could have at this point in my life. I have four younger siblings so I have spent a lot of time around younger kids (including babysitting) and at times it can be just as much fun being around my siblings and their friends as is it being around my own friends. I am only a year removed from high school so it is easy for me to relate to what younger kids are either struggling with or finding success with academically. I know what it can be like to have difficulty understanding certain concepts, and having someone there to help you to make sense of things is extremely invaluable.
