Experience
I tutored college athletes in Math and English while an undergrad. I also worked as a tutor at Boys and Girls Club and have taught creative writing through the library here in Austin for a few years. I have extensive history in the field of American Literature from both my undergrad and graduate degrees. I also studied French Literature while in graduate school My poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Best New Poets 2014, Narrative, Gulf Coast, The Southern Review, and elsewhere. My translations from the French have appeared in Paris in La Traductière. I am available to help with any language arts related subjects, as well as working on poetry or fiction writing.
