Experience
I tutored for the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas in M408D, M427L, and M427M for the past 4 years. Qualifications for being a tutor for the school is that we had to make an A in the courses that we tutor. I love calculus and I love tutoring calculus to have others understand it and hopefully learn to love it like I do. Unlike my peers, I did not naturally understand the subject and had to work hard to master calculus. Because of this, I can teach calculus on a down to earth level and I have developed many tricks that make learning the subject approachable and doable. I like to say that I make calculus seem less scary. In my past four years teaching calculus to fellow engineering students, I have learned how to best approach students and how to customize my teaching to their needs.

Hobbies
Running, camping, yoga, hiking, traveling and reading. I am also very passionate about giving back to the community and I have a huge passion for the outdoors. At UT, I was president of two organizations at the university. One is a volunteer organization and the other is an outdoors organization that also gives back to the environment.
