Hobbies

I was a competitive swimmer and soccer player for many years, now I just enjoy those for fun. Mountain-biking, hiking, and star-gazing are currently my biggest outdoor hobbies. I have loved music from a young age and always will. My parents were big blues and classic rock fans, so accordingly, I grew up with a natural inclination to the good stuff. At first, I was playing the saxophone, trumpet, and improvised piano here-and-there, but now I mostly stick to the guitar. My number one, absolute favorite hobby of all, however, is philosophical discussion. I do this to inspire people, to challenge them to think critically about the bigger problems in this world so that they may seek the answers out on their own, for that is how I believe humankind will continue to grow towards a harmonious existence - through having the mindset of a lifelong student.
