I am a tutor with a passion for learning, and my hope is to pass that same love for learning on to my students by sparking a real interest in the topics we are learning about. I work with students to attain a deeper understanding for the subjects that we are working on, improve their grades, help them to get their test scores up, and give students a boost in confidence. The mind has a limitless capacity to learn new things, and I believe every student can achieve their full potential.I can work with students on a number of subjects, but I most enjoy tutoring math. I can help with almost any math subject, including elementary and middle school math skills, pre-algebra, algebra, pre-calculus, geometry, and trigonometry. I can also help students in the fields of English, business, accounting, psychology, grammar, and mechanics. I also enjoy working with students on standardized test preparation for the ACT, SAT, PSAT, and GED.I attended the University of Utah, and now live in Austin, Texas. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy cooking, sewing, music, and working on home projects.
