Tutored thoughout college for English reading and writing. Taught 7th grade ELA and 12th English. I love when people have that "aha!" Moment in a subject or area they didn't think they could! I've taught for 3 semesters in student teaching, edited NUMEROUS college papers for friends in all majors. I took ACT and the SAT and scored perfectly on both writing sections. I have an IB Diploma from Temple High School. My emphases were English, History and Studio Art. I did an extended essay on an art critique. I played college volleyball and sports through high school so I deeply understand the struggle a student-athlete has and how important academics are. Hobbies
I love sports and I love being out doors. I also love to read. I think understanding voice and being able to communicate effectively is something that sets people apart. I love drawing and painting because I believe creativity allows the mind to work through things in a way nothing else can. I also enjoy being around passionate people --hearing their ambitions and goals and working out a plan for that is amazing!
