Education

I am currently in my second year at UT pursuing two degrees, a B.S. of Chemistry and a B.S.A. of Mathematics, with a minor in English. I'm trying to cast a wide net, as I'm not 100% sure what field I'd like to delve the most deeply into, so I'm continuing to pursue each and every one of my interests! I hope to some day consolidate all the skills and knowledge I gain during my college career into a cohesive Ph. D. in a field like environmental chemistry or climate science :)

Experience

I tutored in high school and have since gained a lot of clarity on the subjects I always felt a zeal for. I got a 34 on my ACT, over 2000 on my SAT. I'd like to tutor because one day I hope to teach and because I want to relay the passion I have for mathematics, the sciences, and technical english language/rhetoric.

When I'm not up to all sorts in lab or doing homework, I'm usually outdoors, at a park or lake with my dog. I have a huge passion for national parks, and hope to some day visit every park in the Northern United States (I like the cold). I love to read, write poetry, and practice yoga in my free time, as well.
