I have a lot of experiencing tutoring girls and boys between the ages of 7 and 16 during the summer months. Therefore, I possess a comfortability with communicating effectively with this group of young people. I am an efficient tutor because I help students understand the new concepts that they are learning by using tools, such as memorization tricks, mnemonics, and analogies. Through my experience, I have discovered that an easy pathway to embedding lesson material in a student's brain is through a topic that they already possess a passion for.I am located in Austin, TX, and I am available to help expand a student's knowledge and understanding in a wide variety of subjects, such as numerous science topics like anatomy, chemistry, biology, and others. I can also help students with standardized test prep for the SAT and the GRE. There are a number of other subjects I can help with, and I am available for summer tutoring.I attended the University of Texas at Austin. When I am not tutoring, my interests include running, rowing, ballroom dancing, art, and international volunteerism.
